Embedded Computerised Dual Channel Universal Testing Machine (Tensile Tester) to Determine Properties of Tensile and Elongation as per ASTM D 638 / D 882, Flexural as per ASTM D 790 and Compression as per ASTM D 695. The Equipment Could also be used to Conduct Peel Test, Bond Test and Friction test by Attaching Different Fixtures (Optional).
It Comes in Two Versions :

1. Single Screw UTM.
2. Twin Screw UTM.

Intermediate results and Load Vs Elongation graph could be obtained in different user selectable unit & format. Similarly average value & Standard deviation could be obtained by merging different tests.

15" TFT Screen with Membrane key Pad : No need for separate PC, keyboard and mouse. Direct graph printout from equipment itself. User friendly keypad to operate.

AC Servo Motor with Servo Amplifier : Gives full torque at lower speed. Maintains speed accuracy at lower rpm. Gives wide range of speed option from 0.5mm / minute to 1000mm / minute.

Servo Gear Box : Minimum backlash, Vibration & Noise. Maintenance free gear box. Minimum backlash gives accurate elongation.

Arm Swing at 45 Degrees : Control panel could be rotated at 45 degree angle as per the user convenience.

Multi Unit Programmable Test Report : User Selectable unit and format for display and printout.
