Complete testing solution for recycled plastics — MFI, density, moisture, ash, carbon black, tensile, impact & ESCR testers. Made in India.
Recycled plastic feedstock is variable by definition. Two big-bags labelled 'PP regrind' can have different densities, MFIs, filler loads and stabiliser reserves. Without laboratory verification of each incoming lot, moulded parts made from recyclate hit customer complaints on strength, appearance or ageing.
This solution assembles the core instruments a plastic recycler and compounder needs — resin identity by density and MFI, purity by ash and moisture, performance by tensile and impact, and durability by ESCR and OIT. Manufactured in Mumbai to ASTM and ISO methods, and used by recyclers across India's EPR ecosystem.
Each card links to the machine that runs the test.
MFI of granules — the fastest indicator of degradation and lot-to-lot variation.
Grade verification and detection of mixed-polymer contamination.
Verifies recycled granules are properly dried before extrusion or moulding.
Total filler and inorganic contamination — the recycler's fastest purity check.
Carbon black loading in black recyclate — critical for spec compliance.
Break stress and elongation of moulded specimens from recycled resin.
Notched impact toughness — how much impact strength is left after recycling.
Stress crack resistance — proves recycled compound will last in service.
Recycled plastics tests cover ASTM D1238 & ISO 1133 (MFI), ASTM D792 & ISO 1183 (density), ASTM D6980 (moisture), ASTM D5630 (ash), ASTM D1603 (carbon black), ASTM D638 & ISO 527 (tensile), ASTM D256 & ISO 179 (impact) and ASTM D1693 (ESCR). Every instrument is calibration-certified.
