Tensile results depend on the specimen having the exact standard shape with smooth, nick-free edges. A contour cutter follows a template with a rotating carbide cutter to produce clean dumbbell and tensile specimens from plastic and rubber sheet, to ASTM and ISO profiles.
International Equipments builds the cutter with a 15 mm carbide cutter, an AC variable-speed drive and a vacuum system to remove swarf during cutting. Templates are supplied to the sizes and dimensions you need. Manufactured in Mumbai, CE marked and calibration-certified.
