A dedicated digital peel tester that measures the adhesive strength between two bonded samples — the peel, seal and bond strength of laminates, films, tapes, labels and coated substrates.
Peel strength decides whether laminates delaminate, seals leak or labels lift during storage, handling and transport. The peel tester holds the bonded sample between a fixed and a moving grip, then pulls one layer away at a controlled speed and angle while recording the force needed to separate it.
International Equipments builds the Digital Peel Tester as a simple, economical alternative to a full UTM for labs focused on seal and peel work. It is manufactured in-house in Mumbai, CE marked and supplied with a calibration certificate; other capacities are available on request.
