How to order — export process

1. Enquire

Send us your test standard, material and expected sample loads. We recommend the right configuration.

2. Proforma invoice

We issue a proforma with pricing (FOB Mumbai / CIF destination), lead time and payment terms (TT or LC).

3. Manufacture

Assembly, calibration and factory acceptance testing at our Mumbai works. Photos and video available on request.

4. Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, CE certificate, calibration certificate, manuals and any customs / origin documents required.

5. Shipment

Sea or air freight from Mumbai (JNPT / BOM). Wooden export packing to ISPM 15.

6. Installation & support

Online commissioning; on-site installation and operator training as per contract; annual calibration support.

What is the typical lead time?

4–8 weeks from confirmed order and advance, depending on the model and configuration. Complex computerised systems (hydrostatic panels, OIT, VSP/HDT with 6 stations) may take longer.

What Incoterms do you offer?

Most commonly FOB Mumbai (JNPT), CIF destination port or CFR. Ex-Works Mumbai is available on request.

Do you provide installation and training?

Yes — online commissioning is included for every export order. On-site installation and operator training are available as per contract; travel is invoiced at cost.

What after-sales support do you provide?

A calibration certificate is supplied with every machine, and we offer annual calibration visits, technical support by email/phone/video and spare parts. Local partners are available in several regions.
