A double-walled, insulated stainless steel water tank for immersing pressurised pipe samples during hydrostatic testing — with stainless steel manifolds and quick-release couplings for easy hose handling.
Hydrostatic testing is a water-in-water method: the pressurised pipe samples must sit in a bath held at a precisely controlled temperature. Temperature stability directly affects the validity of the result, so the tank is double-walled and well insulated, with insulated doors.
International Equipments builds the tank in stainless steel with wall-mounted manifolds and quick-release couplings inside and out, so hoses from the panel to the pipe samples are handled easily. It connects to the hydrostatic pressure panel as a complete pipe-testing system; capacity is configured from 200 to 5000 litres.
